Romance is in the Hall – A Special Valentine’s Day Concert

On February 14, Symphony by the Sea will offer a very special performance. This is not your typical classical music performance. We will begin at 6:30 pm with a pre-concert reception featuring sparkling wine and chocolates. At 7:30 pm Maestro Don Palma and the orchestra will then take the stage to offer romantic selections by Bizet, Debussy, Gershwin, Mahler, Villa Lobos, Brahms and Tchaikovsky. Adding to the romance, the Endicott College Singers will serenade us with a cappella selections.

A Special Dinner Offer  $10 off your concert Ticket

On the evening of February 14, Symphony by the Sea and area restaurants offer the local community a special Valentine’s Day present. Patrons who produce a dinner receipt from one of the participating restaurants at the box office will receive a discounted ticket to the concert. Regularly priced single tickets are $35 per person. Valentine diners will be able to purchase tickets at $25 per person.

Eight Marblehead restaurants (Le Bistro, Caffé Italia, Five Corners Kitchen, Hungry Betty’s, Jack Tar Restaurant, The Landing, Three Cod Tavern, and Yannalfo’s Ristorante) will offer early dining so that patrons can enjoy dinner before attending the 6:30 pm pre-concert reception and/or the 7:30 pm Symphony by the Sea concert at Abbot Hall.
