There will be a Wrestling Information Presentation on Wednesday, May 15th at 6:30pm in Room B208 at Swampscott High School. This session is intended for kids or parents of kids who are interested in learning the facts about amateur wrestling- what's involved and how to get started at the youth level.
This presentation is being sponsored by the Marblehead-Swampscott High School Wrestling Booster Club in conjunction with the Swampscott Recreation Department.
Mike Stamison, the Marblehead-Swampscott High School Varsity Wrestling Head Coach, will be there as well as former youth, High School & College wrestlers, to help educate kids and their parents regarding the sport of wrestling. Also presenting, will be Steve Biondalillo, former elite wrestler, BC Head Wrestling coach & soon-to-be inductee in the National Wrestling Hall of Fame. Information on how to sign up for the summer wrestling program will also be available.
