Aspire Developmental Services' mission is to promote positive developmental outcomes for infants and toddlers across the North Shore who have, or are at risk of having, developmental delays due to established biological or environmental factors. Funds will also be used to bolster a range of educational programs and community support services for the families of these young children.

"Over the past two years, the demand for our services has increased significantly,” Aspire CEO Lori Russell said. "This at a time when the availability of such programs has been limited due to the pandemic and related health concerns. Many comparable programs have reduced their capacity or even discontinued services entirely."
