Sat., Aug. 27

  • 9:49 a.m. Three IRS scam calls were reported on Haley Road.
  • 9:23 p.m. Police responded to a report of a domestic assault.

  • 10:59 a.m. A man on Widger Road complained to police that his neighbor's air conditioner was left on and bothering him.
  • 12:46 p.m. A car struck another car on Front Street then took off.
  • 6:04 p.m. Elmer Juarez, 39, of Lynn, was charged with driving without a license following a traffic stop on Tedesco Street.
  • 6:34 p.m. A man on Cloutmans Lane called police and said someone in the area was blasting "the worst music" he's ever heard.
  • 9:34 p.m. A caller on Pleasant Street said a driver in a black Ford Explorer was parked at Starbucks "yelling obscenities at people as they are going by."
  • 9:55 p.m. A woman on Ocean Avenue said an SUV drove by and someone inside threw a beer at her.
  • 10:35 p.m. A caller on Pleasant Street said there was someone "lighting up a bong" in a parked vehicle.
