Boston Ballet Adult Barre Class

Get trim and toned in our NEW Boston Ballet Barre Class! Sculpt your body by engaging your core and elongating your muscles in this low impact, high results class. Quickly and effectively get in shape in this fun fusion of workout methods and basic ballet. No dance experience necessary!

Ongoing: Mondays 9 - 10 a.m.; Tuesdays 6 - 7 p.m.; and Thursdays 9 - 10 a.m.
