Boston St. Patrick's Day Parade 2016: Don't Be This Guy, Police Warn

If you're going to Boston's St. Patrick's Day Parade Sunday, don't drink yourself unconscious as this man did, police warned.

BOSTON, MA — If you plan to attend the 2016 Boston St. Patrick's Day Parade Sunday and shout "Erin go Bragh!", try not to overdo it, police warned.

The parade—one of the largest in the country—starts at 1 p.m. Up to 1 million people are expected to attend. Police typically issue hundreds of citations for public drinking and other offenses.

"Please Erin go Sober or end up like this guy who drank himself unconscious," MBTA Transit Police said.
