Boys Soccer Team Remains Undefeated

The Marblehead boys soccer team remains undefeated after beating Saugus 5-1 at home on Thursday, Sept. 17.

Junior midfielder Gianluca Acquafredda led the scoring with two goals. Senior midfielders Will Gaddis and Chris Colcord each added a goal, as did sophomore midfielder Matt Messinger.

Senior Jakob Wikar, juniors Lukas Koppermann and Mack Fisher, freshman Grady Kozak, and Colcord all picked up assists.

Freshman goalie Joey Ferrucci recorded the win for the Magicians.

The team advances to a 4-0 conference record and will travel to rival Swampscott on Monday, Sept. 21, for what should be an exciting game.
