Aging With Health: It’s NOT About Your Genes!

Come hear cardiologist Dr. Lawrence Block speak at the JCC about Heart Health on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 6:30-7:30pm. Dr. Block practices at North Shore Cardiovascular Associates and is Medical Director of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program at North Shore  Medical Center. This program is FREE and open to all, so bring your friends!

The JCC’s new Swim Team Course begins Wednesday, February 29. Our expert coaches will train kids in competitive strokes. In the spring, we’ll have in-house
competitions! Practices run Wednesday & Thursday 5:00-6:00pm and Friday

Get Your Costumes Ready!

You’re invited to the Chagenu Community Purim Carnival on Sunday, March 4, here at the JCC.  Bring the family for games, rides, lunch and more. 11:00am-1:30pm. Prizes will be handed out for creative costumes! Stay later for Family Swim 1:30-2:30pm.  Tickets will be available for games, rides and food.  Please bring cash or checks. The carnival is brought to you by the JCC of the North Shore, Jewish Federation of the North Shore, Cohen Hillel Academy, Temple Sinai, Temple Emanu-El, Temple Shalom and Congregation Shirat Hayam.

Summer Dreamin’ Camp Open House
