Housing authority works...Why change?

I am writing as someone with very direct
knowledge of how the Marblehead Housing Authority treats the residents of
elderly/handicapped housing, as I am the relative of a tenant. I have seen first
hand that when a tenant moves in, the unit is spotless. There is fresh paint,
the hardwood floors are varnished, and the bath had new tile flooring. There was
a new refrigerator. I was also told the unit had a plumbing upgrade The
maintenance staff is available 24/7.

In addition, there is a wide variety of
programming with something every month, and when you call the office with a
question, you never get a runaround. The lines of communication are excellent.

The Authority works, and I would prefer to
have continuity and familiar faces to deal with over change for no apparent
reason. That’s why I am voting to Re-Elect Richard Whitehill as Commissioner of
the Marblehead Housing Authority.

Sincerely,
Paul
