Marblehead Recreation Basketball Programs

Marblehead Recreation and Parks is currently taking registrations for the upcoming 2012-2013 Basketball Season. 

GIRLS RECREATION BASKETBALL (Girls Grades 2 - 7)
This program is for girls grades 2 thru 7.  Participants will be involved in a “competitive” structured basketball program with focuse on learning the basics of skill development and game play.  Teams will be formed after the first week of the program.  Players will be placed on teams based upon age/skill level.

Date: Tuesdays & Thursdays, November 13th - February 7th
Time: 4:00PM - 6:00PM
Location: Marblehead Community Center Gymnasium
Fee: $125.00

RECREATION BASKETBALL  (Boys & Girls Grades 1- 6)
This program will provide instruction as well as non-competitive basketball for boys and girls grades 1 thru 6.   Games will be played each week with the focus on having fun, learning and skill development. Saturday,  December 8th will be held as the “clinic day”, drills and games will be instructed by the MHS Basketball team and Coach Skip Likens

Date: Saturdays, December 8th - February 9th
Time:  8:00AM - 9:00AM    Grades 1 & 2
          9:15AM - 10:15AM    Grades 3 & 4
          10:30AM - 11:30AM   Grades 5 & 6
Location: Marblehead High School Fieldhouse
Fee: $125.00
