Not accepting defeat, the Giants rallied in the bottom of the sixth inning, producing four straight hits, but terrific relief pitching by Haley, unyielding defense from Kevin Morgan in right field and Willey Millett at shortstop inevitably silenced the rally to keep the Braves victorious at 9-5.
The new Major League Champions are Braves players Colin Daly, Willy Millett, Liam Coughlin, Sam Frontero, Ty Urlich, Braden Haley, Christian Hennigar, Jack Hertz, Bo Millett, Sam Thorne, Kevin Morgan and Willy Barrett, along with manager Phil Coughlin and coaches Peter Daly, Rob Haley and Paul Mitchell.
