It’s hard for all of us to move from the relaxed pace of summer to autumn’s tightly-packed schedule. Try doing as much as possible the night before. Backpacks/keys/purse/phones left by the door before bed, lunches pre-packed and refrigerated, breakfast decided and ready to go, complete outfits chosen and laid out (good for Mom and Dad too), and a final review of the next day’s calendar can start mornings off on the foot!
