Children's Summer Theatre Programs in Marblehead!

North Shore Idol, affiliated with the Theatre of Light, is offering two 1-week Children’s Theatre Programs this summer geared for North Shore children ages 8 and up. Registration is now in progress.

DATES:

Week 1 - July 20 to 24

Week 2 - August 17 to 21

Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

PLACE: Old North Church, Washington Street in Marblehead

Every day the participants will have singing lessons, all styles of dance training, plus workshops in acting and song presentation which will lead up to a special performance on the last day of the program.

In addition to this training there will be a confidence-building workshop plus a professional photo-shoot.

The programs are lead by professional theatre directors Miriam Eyges and Myra Myer with special guest instructors for dance and singing.

Enrollment is limited to 15 participants for each week. Those who enroll by June 1st will receive a $20 discount on the program fee.
