- 2:59 p.m. A Dunns Lane resident said she was the victim of a $1,700 e-mail scam.
- 7:37p.m. A Pleasant Street resident said her roommate stole jewelry.
- 11:37 p.m. Steven Thayer, 27, of Gloucester, was charged with OUI (drugs), suboxone possession, negligent driving, and a lane violation. Police said he crashed into a tree on Humphrey Street.
Thur., March 24
- 8:09 a.m. Police responded to the Glover School for a report of an unruly parent.
- 10:28 a.m. A woman reported her company made nearly $7,000 in wire transfers to a fake account.
- 10:48 a.m. A man on Sewall Street reported a U.S. Department of Treasury scam.
- 11:51 a.m. A driver was cited for passing a school bus while a child was getting out on Hawkes Street.
- 3:53 p.m. A caller said she was walking her dog on Washington Street when she saw a woman inside a car snorting cocaine off the dashboard. An officer responded and found the vehicle unoccupied with the parking lights on.
