Crazy Candy Lady to Make Academy Awards Appearance
The local Marblehead candy shop was selected as a vendor at the Academy Awards gifting party.

MARBLEHEAD, MA - Marblehead’s Crazy Candy Lady will hit the red carpet at this year’s Academy Awards.
The local business was selected as one of 40 vendors from around the world to participate in the Celebrity Connected Gifting Party for nominees.
“This opportunity came out of nowhere. We received an unsolicited email from them and when we called to inquire, we were told The Celebrity Connected CEO individually picked us from seeing our logo and name on Facebook,” co-owner Beth Tauro told Patch. “He LOVED both and what we are doing on social media and with our store. He thought we would bring a unique energy to the event.”

“We have customers who drive over two hours to buy these chocolates as we are the only retail partner in New England,” Tauro told Patch.
