'Creepy Woman' Reported to Be Collecting Recyclables, Leaving Her Cart on Lawns

At 8:03 a.m., a caller reported a “creepy woman” going through recycling bins in the area of Longview Drive and leaving the cart in which she carried bottles and cans on the caller’s lawn. Police could not locate the woman,.

At 9:29 a.m., lost lacrosse equipment was reported.

At 11:51 a.m., the principal of the high school reported parents were screaming at the vice principal and refusing to leave with their student. While on the phone, the principal received word that the family was leaving and no assistance from police was needed.

At 12:10 p.m., a man reported that bags left out to donate to the Epilepsy Foundation had been stolen from his front step.

At 4:44 p.m., police responded to a call of a man laying on the sidewalk. The man told police he was intoxicated and was taken into protective custody. The 68-year-old Marblehead man was then taken to the hospital where his wife met him.

At 6:26 p.m., a woman came into the station to report a large group of women, perhaps as many as 10, drinking at the beach. There were also several children present. Police didn’t locate anyone matching the description.
