Dog Poop Leads to Yelling, Threats and a Call to Police

Monday, April 13
At 10:50 a.m., a woman reported being harassed by her neighbor.
At 11:42 a.m., a caller reported seeing and smelling smoke on Pearl Street. It was discovered to be coming from an incense bowl.

At 12:22 p.m., vandalism was reported on Humphrey Street.
At 1:14 p.m., vandalism was reported to the side of the grandstand on Wyman Road.

At 2:32 p.m., a caller reported that her dog pooped in a yard while out on a walk. The dog owner cleaned up after the dog, but then said the homeowner came “running out and screaming at her.” The caller reported the person then got in his vehicle yelling “I’m going to find out where you live.”
At 3:39 p.m., a person reported a stolen license plate.
