Ash Wednesday services will beheld at 9:30 am and 7:30 pm on Wednesday, February 22 at St. Michael's Episcopal Church, Marblehead. All are welcome.
Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the 40 days of Lent, a time of reflection and preparation before thechurch and fellow Christians celebrate Christ's passion and resurrection during Holy Week and Easter.
The two services will each include Holy Eucharist, Rite II and the imposition of ashes. The 7:30 pm service will include organ music and hymns.
