Boston MedFlight is a nonprofit organization providing the highest level of critical care transport by air and ground to patients in need—regardless of their circumstances. For more than 40 years, since our founding in 1985, we have set the standard for clinical excellence, safety, and compassion in the air medical industry. Our tagline, “Your Life. Our Mission.”, captures the purpose that drives everything we do. Whether responding to an emergency scene or transferring a critically ill patient between hospitals, our team delivers seamless, patient-centered care during some of the most challenging moments in a person’s life. As a nonprofit, we are guided by one unwavering principle: every patient deserves access to lifesaving care, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Each year, Boston MedFlight provides more than $7 million in free and unreimbursed care, ensuring no patient is ever turned away. Our clinical teams are among the most highly trained and experienced in the world, caring for patients of all ages—from premature infants to older adults—across a wide range of conditions. These include adult and pediatric trauma, complex medical emergencies, cardiac and stroke events, high-risk obstetric and neonatal care, and specialized interfacility transfers. We achieve this excellence through rigorous training and preparedness. Every clinician completes an intensive onboarding and education program that includes hospital ICU and emergency department rotations, pediatric and neonatal critical care experience, high-fidelity simulation training, advanced procedural labs, and comprehensive classroom instruction in transport medicine. Our work is supported by a state-of-the-art fleet of Airbus H145 helicopters and Freightliner mobile ICU ground vehicles, each equipped with advanced technology comparable to leading hospital ICUs.

We all have a wish to be happy and avoid suffering. Throughout our lives, we travel many different paths driven by this desire: career, relationships, home, vacations, etc. But ultimately, these external paths do not yield the results we seek.
During these introductory Dharma talks and meditation sessions, we will discuss the internal paths that can lead to discovering real happiness and a more meaningful life.
Join longtime Kadampa Buddhist practitioner, Tim Hogarty, to:

Tim is currently in the Teacher Training Program at KMC Boston. Tim frequently makes the commute to KMC Boston to help with special events particularly with the sound desk and to fill in as a guest teacher. Tim lives locally on the North Shore, and is an avid gardener and cook. Enjoys walks with his dog, Boo.

The 10 members of No Static have performed the music of Steely Dan since 2005. Thousands of Dan lovers young and old have experienced the excitement they bring to every performance. Appearing at first-tier venues across New England and beyond, this talented band has earned the admiration and affection of critics and fans alike.
Based in Boston, No Static is&nbsp;one of the top Steely Dan tribute bands in the country. These dedicated musicians specialize in expertly performing the music of Steely Dan, re-creating that amazing bluesy jazz-rock sound invented by Donald Fagen and Walter Becker. As Dan fans know, this is no small feat. The music is complex, spanning genres, requiring precise attention to musical detail, with subtle grooves, sophisticated vocal harmonies, iconic solos, and time and key changes popping up when least expected. Steely Dan is not an easy band to pay tribute to.
No Static has been nailing it for over 20 years now and their sold-out shows tell the tale. With passion and warmth they cover the breadth of Steely Dan’s great catalog, attracting some of Boston’s finest musicians, and working with guest performers including Steely Dan band members Walt Weiskopf (saxophonist) and Jon Herington (Music Director/guitarist).

In honor of the&nbsp;50th anniversary&nbsp;of the release of&nbsp;The Song Remains the Same, internationally acclaimed&nbsp;Lez Zeppelin&nbsp;-- the all-female quartet known for delivering the most powerful and authentic Led Zeppelin experience and the only band personally endorsed by Jimmy Page, himself, announces a special concert series celebrating the iconic 1976 film and its legendary soundtrack.
Accompanied by a multimedia presentation inspired by the original movie,&nbsp;Lez Zeppelin&nbsp;will perform the soundtrack from&nbsp;The Song Remains the Same&nbsp;in its entirety. Lez Zeppelin is a phenomenon. Since their formation in 2004, the group has stunned audiences all over the world with the musicianship, passion and gender-bending audacity they bring to the music of Led Zeppelin. Unlike&nbsp;&nbsp;the typical “tribute band”&nbsp;Lez&nbsp;Zeppelin does not seek to imitate. Rather, they are a&nbsp;she-incarnation&nbsp;of the original. With swagger, intensity and virtuosity, these four women cover the entire canon, performing hits, deep tracks, epic compositions and acoustic numbers with utmost authenticity, as if they’d written the music themselves.
