Most of us want more core strength and support. Elaine will focus on the deep muscles of the iliopsoas complex. You don’t have to know the names to feel the effect! As
you support your spine, you will find more ease and comfort in your yoga practice and in your life. As you understand your body more fully, you can work with it and do things you didn’t think you could do. This workshop will include some anatomy, Body-Mind Centering and yoga. BMC is an integrated and embodied approach to movement. Instructor Elaine Wintman is a longtime yoga teacher and Certified Teacher of Body-Mind Centering. Length of workshop is 2 hours.
