Core Combo Workshop (Spin, Pilates, Yoga and Meditation)

Get it all done before the weekend with this unique workshop!  This class will focus on cardio, strength, tone & flexibility to balance the mind & body!  The workshop will incorporate 30 minutes os Spinning, Stott Pilates Matwork, Yoga and meditation.  A great way to cross-train!  Instructors Jill Rosen and Marnie Memmelo.
