Tower School and Christopher Swain are hosting an Ethical Electronics Recycling Event on November 3rd and 4th. Bring your unwanted electronic items to Tower School between 1pm and 4pm for recycling. Nothing we collect will be tipped into landfills, incinerated as solid waste, or dumped in developing countries!
What to bring: Televisions, Computers, Monitors, Laptops, Keyboards, Drives, Cables, Cords, Peripherals, Copiers, Printers, e-readers like Nook and Kindle, Fax Machines, Scanners, Laptops, Stereo Equipment, Speakers, CD & DVD Players, Telephones, iPods, MP3 Players, Remotes, VCR's, Projectors, Cameras (film and digital), PDAs, Radios and Radio Equipment, Answering Machines, Camcorders, Electric Typewriters, Game Systems, Games, Pagers, Fans, Vacuums, Humidifiers, Dehumidifiers, Air Conditioners, Microwave Ovens, Toasters, Blenders, Small “dorm-room style” Refrigerators, Power Tools, Ink Cartridges, Toner Cartridges, USB Media, CDs, DVDs, and Magnetic Media like Zip Disks, Video Tapes, Audio Tapes, and Floppy Diskettes. Filing cabinets and office furniture are okay, too.
What NOT to bring: Washers, dryers, large appliances, or hazardous materials of any kind.

Cost: $1 per pound of electronics, payable by cash or check. Kindles and cell phones will be recycled at no charge.
Benefit: Net proceeds benefit environmental initiatives at Tower School.
