Exercise to Save Your Back 2 day Workshop

This 2 class workshop will provide you with exercises to strengthen the lower/mid/upper back, abdomindals and lower body.  Proper body mechanics for lifting, pulling and pushing will be discussed to prevent future back injuries.  This class will provide you with concentrated stretches of all muscles that affect the back including quads, glutes, hamstrings, calves, psoas, shoulders and specific lower back stretches that you can do at home or as part of your workout.  Good for those recovering from a back injury or those looking to prevent one!  Instructor, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, Martha Potvin
