A gritty, behind-the-scenes look at life on the run with Boston mob boss Whitey Bulger will kick off the JCC’s renowned series, Jewish Book Month, on Wednesday, October 26. Come hear from Bulger’s right-hand man and confidant Kevin Weeks and co-author Phyllis Karas talking about the new ending to their book, Where’s Whitey?
“You’ll get an inside look at how James Whitey Bulger operated - on and off the run,” said Karas, the New York Times best-selling author from Marblehead.
“Weeks is intelligent and will offer honest answers to any questions about his role in Whitey’s life, his crimes, his years in the South Boston Irish mob, what lies ahead for his ex-boss and how he feels about seeing him in court,” Karas added.
