Marblehead Little Theatre announces non-equity auditions for Kat(i)e and J(aw)hn, an original play by Shari D. Frost. Produced by Shari D. Frost, Directed by Anne Lucas.
Audition dates: Wednesday January 18, 7:00-9:00PM and Thursday January 19, 7:00-9:00PM. Callbacks TBA. Auditions are by appointment and will be held at Marblehead Little Theatre, 12 School Street, Marblehead, MA. Walk-ins will be seen as time allows.

Audition requirements: Please prepare a short monologue (under 2 minutes in length) in a contemporary style. You may be asked to stay and read an excerpt from the script. Please email info@mltlive.com with any questions, or to schedule an audition.

Notes: Rehearsals will begin in early February and continue through mid March.
Performances will run from March 16-March 25.
Play description: "Amid the music of the Mississippi, and the nobleness of New Orleans, Kat(i)e & J(aw)hn is the story of a father who thinks he can reach out to his estranged daughter by opening the coffee shop they used to dream about together near Tulane University where she is now a freshman."
