Create a cohesive “series” of visually rich and dynamic images! Using a technique developed by artist Leslie Fahn Rosenberg, students will interpret and recreate a painting by “The Masters” by layering acrylic paint, pastel, decoupage and line drawings. A different mixed-media piece will be created each week, and by selecting one image as your inspiration for the 5 weeks, the focus will be on the creative process “without the hassle” of trying to come up with a new idea each week! “Masterpieces” will be provided.
