In this workshop we'll discuss healthy eating and living in the new year, set health, food and fitness related New Year's resolution goals, and identify what stops you so you can stay on track this year. This talk also covers foods that contribute to or decrease energy, motivation, and stress and provides insight into understanding food cravings and how to deal with them.
