This is a GREAT class and the kids LOVE Ms. Maggie (who wouldn't, really?) In this class, besides having fun and getting exercise, your child will explore body coordination and strength by moving in and out of developmentally appropriate, fun yoga poses. A vibrant and imaginative environment is created through the use of music, props and storytelling. Your child will develop body awareness, good listening skills, and cooperation, learn a little bit about breath control, and start to find inner peace and calmness on their own. Parents welcome to join in! Perfect for ages 3 to 8.
