Psychological stress, expectancy, mood, sleep, physical activity and inflammatory foods and nutrients all play an important role in our health and well being. We will continue to discuss how stress affects our body and can cause inflammation that can develop into medical, dental and psycological diseases. Strategies to support the immune system such as eating anti-inflammatory nutrients, regular physical activity, connecting with others and mindful activities can boost and strengthen our immune systems.
