Does your spine ever feel a bit cranky? Or do you have ongoing discomfort? Yoga can help you to release the holding in your tissues to ease pain, strengthen your core to support your spine, release hamstrings, quads and hip flexors to support ease in your spine and understand your body more fully and work with it. If you attended the November workshop, this workshop will review basic concepts from the previous workshop and focus on core strength and releasing hip and leg muscles that affect the spine.
