Latest Marblehead police log: multiple reports of fireworks, a warrant arrest, and a mysterious suspect nicknamed "The Arranger."

Marblehead, MA — The following are excerpts from the Marblehead police log. All suspects are innocent unless convicted.

Fri., July 1

  • 9:48 a.m. A neighbor dispute was reported on Barnard Street.
  • 9:05 p.m. A woman called and said it appeared someone boarded her boat on Hunsley Lane and rearranged several items on the boat. Nothing was stolen. The woman's husband then got on the phone and said he read something about a suspect called "The Arranger" who goes into people's homes and moves things around.

  • 10 a.m. A verbal argument between a driver and a bicyclist was reported on Ocean Avenue.
  • 1:17 p.m. A Samsung Galaxy S6 phone was found run over in Market Square.
  • 4:15 p.m. Shawn Caswell, 24, of Marblehead, was arrested on a warrant.
  • 7:21 p.m. Fireworks reported on Green Street.
  • 9:23 p.m. A High Street resident reportedly threatened a neighbor over a parking issue.
  • 9:50 p.m. Fireworks reported on Green Street.
  • 10:32 p.m. Fireworks on Ocean Avenue.

Sun., July 3

  • 11:07 a.m. A needle was found on Ocean Avenue.
  • 9:05 p.m. Fireworks reported struck woman's car as she was driving on Creesy Street.
