Fri., July 15

• 2:41 p.m. A Sevinor Road woman said someone stole her identity and opened an L.L. Bean account from a Florida address.
• 3:41 p.m. Fraud reported on Pond Street.
• 8:54 p.m. A 19-year-old from Lynn was charged with failing to identify herself during a traffic stop on Atlantic Avenue.

Sat., July 16

• 10:11 a.m. A kayak was stolen from a mooring on the coast.
• 9:26 p.m. Fireworks complaint on Sewall Street.
• 9:32 p.m. Fireworks complaint on Harbor Avenue.
