1. Crash: Early last Sunday evening a pick-up truck crashed into the front of a boutique shop. 

2. Lost Child Found: The 6-year-old was reported missing, setting off a major search. The child was found to have entered a neighbor's house where he found some cookies. 

3. Town Meetings Defeats Leaf Blower Ban: Proposed restrictions on leaf blowers made news in Marblehead and Swampscott this week.

4. Marblehead Firefighters Receives Award: Longtime Marblehead firefighter Tim Doane has been a force working for the MDA. For that work he was recognized as the Massachusetts Above and Beyond Award winner.  

5. Abbot Hall Restoration Got the Thumbs Up at Town Meeting: Marblehead leaders voted unanimously Monday night to approve spending up to $2.4 million to repair a deteriorating Abbot Hall clock tower.
