There's a Flash Flood Watch in Effect Until 8 p.m. Friday

1. Friday Weather: Showers and possibly a thunderstorm, mainly before 1 p.m, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 p.m. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain. High near 75. South wind 11 to 17 mph.

2. Flood Watch Until 8 p.m.: The town remains under a flash flood watch through Friday evening, according to the National Weather Service.

3. Spamalot: The run has begun for Marblehead Little Theatre's production of Monty Python's Spamalot. There's a show Friday night at 7:30 p.m. and the show goes through July 7. The cast will even have a performance during the July Fourth celebrations in Salem.
