A free yoga class with Cindy Hellmann will be held this Sunday morning, outdoors, at the Swampscott High School, sponsored by the Swampscott Farmers Market. Please bring a mat & water. All ages and levels are welcome!
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. Park behind the school and meet down on the lower grassy area a little before 10:00. The event is weather dependent, so check the Swampscott Farmer's Market facebook page for any possible cancellation announcements the day of the event.
