Girlfriend Wants Boyfriend Out of the Car

Sunday, May 5

  • At 9:40 a.m., a Pickwick Road caller reported that someone opened a credit card in his name. The caller will fill out a report.
  • At 10:38 a.m., a bicyclist reportedly crashed into a fence on Lee Street and was transported to the hospital.
  • At 6:22 p.m., a pick-up drove into a building on Bessom Street. One person was transported to the hospital.

  • At 1:32 a.m., police received a call stating a husband had fallen on Ames Road and possibly broken his arm. 
  • At 4:10 p.m., a teenager was reportedly drunk when he picked up a dog from the local shelter and drove off.
  • At 9:12 p.m., police received a report that a male was going to cut himself. He and his girlfriend had broken up.

Tuesday, May 7

  • At 11:20 a.m., a son reportedly broke a window at his home on Broughton Road.
  • At 1:13 p.m., police received a report from a station walk-in that someone had stolen her Scott's push mower from her Atlantic Avenue garage.
  • At 3:43 p.m., a Green Street caller said his lunch bag was stolen from his work truck. The bag had his wallet, $100 and 40 vicoden inside it.
  • At 3:57 p.m., police charged John Hatt, 20, 9 Fairview Road, Apt. A, Marblehead, with assault and battery domestic violence, and Christine Kennedy, 23, 14 Chapel St. Apt. 2, Marblehead with assault and battery domestic violance.

  • At 7:51 a.m., a caller at Humphrey Street and Maple Street said her boyfriend was in the car, which was stopped in traffic, and he was refusing to get out of the car. The car belongs to the caller and she told police she wanted her boyfriend out. The boyfriend was neither under the influence nor aggressive. It was a verbal situation. The caller was reportedly outside the car waiting for police to arrive. Police reported that the caller subsequently drove to work and the boyfriend was headed for public transportation.
  • At 10:19 a.m., a lost Pandora bracelet was reportedly lost on Washington Street.
  • At 2:16 p.m., a 6-year-old autistic boy was reportedly missing. He was later found at a neighbor's house where he had been eating cookies.
  • At 2:56 p.m., a walk-in to the police station reported a physically abusive neighbor on Washington Street.

Thursday, May 9

  • At 7:16 a.m., a hit and run was reported on Ocean Avenue. The back end of a dump truck was reportedly smashed and there was glass all over the place.
  • At 7:34 a.m., police received a report tht skateboarders had damaged a rail on Pleasant Street.
  • At 11:41 a.m., A Commercial Street gate was cut and copper was stolen from the property.
  • At 8:13 p.m., a caller reported getting two flat tires at West Shore Drive and Lorraine Terrace, where the road is torn up from construction.
