The Marblehead Girls Cross Country team beat Gloucester on its home course on Thursday by a score of 27-31. The team’s record is now 2-0.
The race was a battle and the girls really had to fight for every spot. Senior Sarah Oliver is now undefeated in her season and has been training strong. The pack behind her has started to push each other and stick together against the competition.
