Girls Lacrosse to Face Wilmington at Home in First Round of Playoffs

2. Memorial Day Remembrances in Marblehead: I highlighted these earlier this week, but here are the basics for Memorial Day observances this year, including the schedule for Sunday's Memorial Day service and Monday's parade.

3. Girls Lacrosse Playoff Bracket is Out: The second-seeded Marblehead High girls lacrosse drew 15th-seeded Wilmington in the first round of the MIAA playoffs. The game is Wednesday at home at 4 p.m.

4. Family Beach Cleanup: Beach season is just about here. On Saturday, the One Healthy Ocean Family Beach cleanup will patrol all the town's beaches to clean them up for the start of the season. Meet at Devereaux Beach at 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

5. What's Open/Closed on Memorial Day: We're getting our list together of institutions' and businesses' plans for Memorial Day.
