Infant CPR and First Aid Class

Parents, grandparents and caregivers will learn infant CPR, choke-saving skills, first aid and safety

American Heart Association’s Family and Friends Infant CPR class:

This class reviews infant CPR and choke-saving skills for infants, ages birth to 1 years old. It follows the American Heart Association’s Family and Friends curriculum. It is created for those who wish to have the hands-on skills and knowledge on how to save the life of someone in their family. The class includes a combination of lecture, discussion, and a lot of hands-on practice. Participants will have their own manikin to practice on during class and a book to take home with them. Additional topics of safe sleep guidelines, car seat safety, baby-proofing, and basic first aid for infants will be reviewed. This is the class that every parent, grandparent, and caregiver should take!
