Julia Child Cookbook Thrown Through Window

Maybe a driver on Bayview Road early Wednesday morning just wanted to share his love of French cuisine.

Shortly after midnight on Wednesday morning, a Bayview Road resident reported that someone in a car threw a Julia Child cookbook through an open window of his home.

The caller said there was no damage caused by the errant cookbook, he only wanted to make a report. He added that he was going to keep the cookbook.

A little later in the morning, the resident called back and said he saw a dark-colored, newer Honda hanging around his neighborhood.

The car left the area headed toward West Shore Drive.

There was no further information available about the alleged cookbook tosser or the Honda at this time.
