WHO: Ricardo is a classically trained chef from Napa Valley. He has cooked at Domaine Chandon Winery in California, Arrows and The White Barn Inn in Maine, as well as the famous Le Cirque Restaurant in NYC.
He has cooked and catered for many NYC celebrities! Worked on events for Martha Stewart Living and The Wedding Magazine.
Ricardo has been a private chef and organic farmer in Pennsylvania.
