Juvenile Assault on Ocean Avenue

Friday, May 10
- At 10:07 a.m., police received a report of a high school student who left the building in a rage and was smashing lights out front. Police searched for the youth. He was later brought by his father to the police station.
- At 12:20 p.m., attempted phone fraud was reported on Wyman Road. The resident said she received a call from someone who said her nephew had been in a serious accident and that she neded to send money.
- At 1:17 p.m., a lost wallet was reported on Green Street.
- At 1:24 p.m., police received a call that there was a topless woman on the beach at Ocean Avenue. Police reported that the woman's clothes were back on.
Saturday, May 11
- At 1:17 a.m., police received a call reporting a loud party on Washington Street.
- At 1:22 a.m., police received a report of a teenage boy walking the double yellow line at Atlantic and Buchanan. The boy's mother was to take custody of the boy for the night.
- At 5:27 a.m., a man was reportedly sleeping on the tracks using a computer case as a pillow. The person was moved along.
- At 1:54 p.m., police charged John Hatt, 21, of 9 Fairview Road, Apt. A, Marblehead with larceny from a person and breaking and entering a motor vehicle.

- At 4:39 a.m., a Pleasant Street man said his ex-girlfriend has been harassing him and his family.
- At 9:18 a.m., police received a report of a smashed sunroof and items stolen from a vehicle on Winthrop Avenue.
- At 12:07 p.m., a hit and run was reported on Front Street.
- At 6:33 p.m., a person said he was walking on Ocean Avenue when an SUV pulled over and a kid got out of the vehicle and struck him in the head. Police later charged the juvenile, 16, who did the striking with assault with a dangerous weapon and destruction of property.
- At 11;09 p.m., police charged Robert Scribner, 42, of 15 Green St., Apt. 3, Marblehead with assault and battery domestic violence.
Monday, May 13
- At 4:43 p.m., a possible restraining order violation was reported on Lafayette Street.
- At 7: 49 p.m., trash dumping reported at West Shore Drive residences.
