The Legality of Christmas Music and a Package Delivery to a Wrong Address

At 12:25 p.m., police received a call on Pleasant Street from a clerk who asked if playing Christmas music from a CD player outside a business is legal. Police informed him it’s legal as long as the sidewalk isn’t blocked and there are no noise complaints.

At 4:45 p.m., a caller reported that she almost struck a child wearing all black on a bike on Pleasant Street. Police found a sporting event was just let out and there was no problem.

At 5:04 p.m., a Pleasant Street reported someone keeps knocking on the door. Police found it was a package delivery to the wrong address.
