Local Beach Makes Boston List

Marblehead’s own Devereux Beach was recently highlighted in a Boston.com article on 10 Beaches Within an Hour of Boston.

Also on the list were several other recognizable North Shore sand and sun hot spots, including Crane Beach in Ipswich, Singing Beach in Manchester-by-the-Sea, and Revere Beach.

The site highlighted Devereux Beach for its proximity to the town’s historic district, access to playground equipment for the little ones, and the refreshments at Lime Rickey’s.
