Man Charged With Being Fugitive From Justice
The following information came from the Marblehead Police Department. Where charges are listed, they do not indicate a conviction.

Saturday, June 29
- At 2:01 a.m., a man was reportedly seen at Bayview Road and West Shore Drive walking through the area with a flashlight.
- At 10:06 a.m., a caller reported that someone had dumped a mattress on the dirt part of Ware Lane by Brook Road.
- At 2:20 p.m., two children’s bikes were reportedly stolen overnight at the Eveleth School.
- At 3:29 p.m., a caller reported losing a white gold ring. He thinks he lost it on Pleasant Street at Village Market.
- At 5:31 p.m., a caller reported a man was trying to enter a home by using a basketball hoop to force his way inside. Police charged Joseph Green, of 42 Commercial St., Lynn with vandalizing property
Sunday, June 30.
- At 00:12 a.m., police received a report of an erratic operator who swerved and almost hit a tree at West Shore Drive and Jersey Street.
- At 2:20 p.m., firefighters responded to a report of a gas tank on fire at Tidewinds Terrace. The firefighters reported that the gas had run out and the fire had extinguished itself.

- At 5:44 a.m., a Washington Street man reported charges on his bank account and his bank representative recommended he file a police report.
- At 5:41 p.m., police charged Antonio Overby, 31, of 202 North San Jose Street., Hearne Texas with soliciting without a permit and being a fugitive from justice.
