Marblehead Adjusts Hours, Public Services for Another Snow Storm

Mother Nature’s affinity for snow is doing a number on Marblehead’s town services, public meetings and office hours.

The Town of Marblehead website outlines the following changes in response to the Feb. 2 snowstorm:

• Marblehead Public Schools, the Abbot Public Library, the Community Center, and town offices at Abbot Hall and the Mary Alley Municipal Building are CLOSED on Feb. 2.
• The Marblehead Transfer Station will close at NOON on Feb. 2.
• Third quarter tax payments are now due on Tuesday, Feb. 3.
