Marblehead Arts Association Summer Members Exhibit Opens Soon

Artwork from more than 250 members will be on display as will a special exhibit in honor of the festival's 50th anniversary.

The annual Summer Members Exhibit is a tradition at the Marblehead Arts Association will be open from June 27-Aug. 9.

The exhibit invites the Marblehead Festival of Arts 250-plus artist members to submit several pieces for showcase and to be judged in two categories: Fine Art, including Painting, Sculpture, Drawing and Mixed Media; and Photography.

Usually the submissions for this exhibit utilize all six gallery spaces at the Marblehead Arts Association’s headquarters at the King Hooper Mansion, but in honor of the 50th annual Marblehead Festival of Arts (MFoA) this year, a special concurrent exhibit in one of the six galleries will be devoted to the best of show winners from the last 50 years of MFoA.
