Marblehead Boys Soccer Defeats Winthrop

The Marblehead boys soccer team continued its winning streak with a 7-0 victory over Winthrop on Wednesday, Sept. 16.

The win was a true team effort with six players contributing goals or assists: Senior Will Gaddis (2 goals, 1 assist), Junior Lukas Koppermann (1 goal, 2 assists), Junior Michael Conlin (2 goals), Senior Chris Colcord (1 goal), Senior Jakob Wikar (1 goal), and Junior Gianluca Acquafredda (3 assists).
Freshman goalie Joey Ferrucci recorded the shutout for the Magicians.

The team advances to a 3-0 conference record and will next host Saugus at 4 p.m. on Thursday, September 17.
