Marblehead Early Voting Hours For MA General Election Begin Saturday

Marblehead will host 12 days of early in-person in advance of the Nov. 8 general election.

MARBLEHEAD, MA — Marblehead has set 12 dates for early, in-person voting ahead of the state general election on Nov. 8.

Early, in-person voting begins on Saturday and runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Town Hall. It then resumes on Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesday from 1 to 5 p.m., Thursday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. to noon.

Voting then continues on Oct. 29 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Oct. 31 and Nov. 2 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Nov. 3 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and concludes on Nov. 4 from 8:30 to noon.

Those looking for a mail-in or absentee ballot can apply for one here.

The application must reach the Marblehead clerk's office by 5 p.m. on Nov. 1.

It may be returned to the clerk's office at any time before the close of the polls on Nov. 8.

The ballot cannot be returned at the poll location on election day.
