Marblehead To Launch Drug Addiction, Recovery Program

The six-week educational series will focus on resources available for those and their families battling or recovering from addiction.

MARBLEHEAD, MA — Marblehead residents and their families who might be struggling with drug addiction or looking for help in recovery are invited to attend a six-week addiction and recovery educational series.

Police Chief Dennis King and Director of Public Health Andrew Petty said the free program is designed to provide residents with a deeper, more informed perspective on addiction, recovery and the resources available within the community.

Beginning Feb. 3, the series will take place via Zoom on the first and third Tuesdays of the month, from 7 to 8 p.m.
